Who we are
ExiTide is a US dietary-supplement brand distributed by the entity listed on our contact page. This policy covers exitiddes.com and every subdomain we operate.
What we collect
You give us: name, email, shipping address and payment details at checkout; anything you write when you contact support. We collect automatically: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring website — the standard analytics set that tells us the website is working.
What we do with it
Process and ship orders, respond to your emails, keep the site working, spot fraud, and send occasional emails about products or promotions (you can opt out at any time using the link at the bottom of the email). We do not sell your data. We do not rent it. We do not share it with anyone outside the small list of processors below.
Who else touches it
Payment processing: ClickBank. Email and analytics tools: standard providers under contract to keep the data confidential and use it only for us. Legal disclosure: only where a US court order requires it, and only the specific data required.
Cookies
We use cookies for the basics: keeping your cart, remembering that you dismissed a banner, understanding how the site is used. Turn them off in your browser settings if you prefer; some site features will stop working without them.
Children
ExiTide is a product for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Your rights
California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah residents have specific state-law rights to know, access, correct and delete personal information. Email us at support@exitiddes.com and we will respond within the timeframe your state requires.
Security
SSL on every page, restricted staff access, encrypted storage where practical. No system is perfect. If we ever have a breach that affects you, we will notify you within the timeframe US law requires.
Changes
We update this page when the underlying practices change and re-date the top of the page. Reading it once a year is not a bad habit.
