Processing time
Orders are usually picked and packed within 24 to 48 business hours of payment clearing.
United States
3-bottle and 6-bottle bundles: free standard shipping, 5 to 7 business days after despatch.
2-bottle bundle: a small flat-rate shipping fee shown at checkout, 5 to 7 business days after despatch.
Expedited shipping: selectable at checkout if available.
International
We do not currently ship internationally. When we open new regions we announce it on the home page and in the newsletter.
Tracking
Tracking arrives by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. If you have not seen a tracking number three business days after ordering, please email support and we will chase it.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, please check with the neighbours and confirm the shipping address first, then contact us within seven days. Genuinely lost or damaged parcels are replaced at our cost.
Address changes
We can update a shipping address up until the parcel is picked. After that we cannot recall a parcel, but we will help you redirect it via the carrier where possible.
